All access phone numbers show the network code. The
network column shows the 4 different networks, te for Telia, uu for
UU.net,
qw for Qwest, and st for Starnet. The designation for filtered access is
fi, which is also on the Starnet network, but does not include all the
same numbers. Based on the phone number you choose
for local access when you open your account, you are always on only one
of the four networks -- you
cannot float between the networks. If you choose to change networks at some point
after opening your account, you will be charged a service fee equivalent to 1 month's service.
All UU.net accounts have a monthly limitation of 150 hours. Qwest accounts have a monthly limitation of
200 hours. ISDN has a limitation of 300 hours per month. Please
